GBTC Student of The Year Award 2025
The GBTC Student of the Year Award celebrates a learner from our Super 60 Project — GBTC’s year-long mentorship program that prepares students for competitive exams and builds discipline, confidence, and leadership.
This award recognises a student who has shown all-round growth, not just in studies but also in attitude, behaviour, and participation. It honours a child who truly represents the spirit of Super 60 through:

Late Kusum Satnalika
Student of the Year Award – In Memory of Late Smt. Kusum Devi Satnalika
Instituted by Mr. Dhiraj Satnalika In loving memory of Late Smt. Kusum Devi Satnalika, who was born in Bhagalpur, Bihar. Though she could not complete her matriculation due to family circumstances, she carried a deep belief in the power of education. With limited exposure to the outside world, she still dreamed of giving her children the best education possible and encouraged them to reach their highest potential.
Even after marriage, through challenging times, she ensured her children never felt restricted in their aspirations. She believed that education is the most powerful and cost-effective way to transform a life.
She left this world in 2003 in a tragic accident, but her values continue to inspire her family. This award is a humble tribute by Mr. Dhiraj, keeping her vision alive and supporting children so that they, too, can build a better future through education.

Late Sardarni Harcharan Kaur
Student of the Year Runner Up Award - In Memory of Sardarni Harcharan Kaur
Sardarni Harcharan Kaur (1945–2010) is remembered for her grace, compassion, and her belief that every child is unique. Losing her father early and raised by a strong mother, she lived with discipline, dignity, and kindness.
She never believed in a “one-size-fits-all” approach to learning. Instead, she encouraged sincerity, effort, and steady personal growth, trusting that every child could flourish with the right support.
This award is lovingly presented by her daughters Neeru Malik, Meenu Kaur, and Kiran Deep Sandhu in honour of her values and her belief that every child deserves the chance to shine.

Aman Pandey
The Young MentorA Class 8 student and winner of GBTC’s Exceptional Student Award (2024), Aman assists mentors in guiding younger students from Class 5 as they prepare for competitive exams. He proves that leadership has no age — only dedication.
