Building Pathways to Education and Empowerment

GBTC Trust is redefining education for underserved communities across Uttar Pradesh through access, equity, and empowerment.

WHO WE ARE

GBTC Trust is an educational NGO working across Uttar Pradesh, India to bridge educational gaps in underserved communities. Since our inception in 2022, we have been committed to making quality education, mentorship, and leadership development accessible to learners who lack resources and opportunities.

We work with government schools, economically weaker sections, youth, teachers, and marginalized groups—bringing technology-enabled learning, daily mentorship, and leadership development to those who need it most.

Operating across 7 districts—Ayodhya, Akbarpur, Prayagraj, Bhadohi, Pratapgarh, Gautam Buddha Nagar, and Ghaziabad— we are building educational ecosystems that transform lives and uplift entire communities.

HOW WE WORK

At GBTC Trust, we believe sustainable change happens when education is accessible, equitable, and empowering.

Making Education Accessible

We don’t wait for students to come to us—we go where the need is greatest. From under-resourced government schools to district jails, we bring learning opportunities to communities that traditionally lack access to quality education. Through technology-enabled classrooms, daily coaching, and hands-on training, we ensure that geography, economic status, or circumstance never becomes a barrier to learning.

Through technology-enabled classrooms, daily coaching, and hands-on training, we ensure that geography, economic status, or circumstance never becomes a barrier to learning.

Creating Educational Equity

Every learner deserves a fair chance to succeed. We work specifically with students from economically weaker sections, providing free competitive exam coaching, digital learning tools (like laptops), and mentorship that would otherwise be financially out of reach.

Our Super 60 program levels the playing field—giving talented students the same preparation and support as their privileged counterparts. Example: When Singham from Sohawal succeeded through our program, four more students from similar backgrounds joined, proving that equity creates ripple effects.

Empowering Through Community Engagement

We don’t just deliver programs—we build movements. We train local teachers, engage community volunteers, and create peer learning networks. Example: When Srishti participated in our Super 60 program, awareness and dedication toward learning grew among students and parents across her entire school community.

We believe education transforms not just individuals but entire communities, creating lasting change that outlives any single intervention.

Our work is guided by sustainability, dignity, and the belief that education is the most powerful tool for social transformation.
